We offer a straightforward 7-day refund on all purchases. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we can't offer refunds on products that have already been activated on a device beyond the replacement window, but if something isn't working for you, contact us and we'll make it right.
How refunds work
To request a refund, reply to your order confirmation email within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number. Once approved, your key will be deactivated so it can no longer be used, and your payment is returned to its original method.
Fair-use notes
- Refunds are processed only if the product has not been resold or shared.
- If you bought the wrong pack, we're happy to swap it for the correct one at no charge.
- Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
